Facilitating Leadership/Aspect Steering Groups
We can support turning your strategic vision into practical work streams built around your partnership priorities involving your staff. We will ensure facilitation of ‘mini-networks’, for example, teaching and learning, workforce development, community cohesion. This will be developed according to your partnership’s individual needs.
Steering groups, working parties and networks can be managed and facilitated at a rate of £75 per hour. This would equate to 6 sessions for a day's consultancy rate of £450. Timings of sessions to be mutually agreed.
