Booking and Contracting – our terms and conditions

Our rates are based on £450 per day per consultant. We can negotiate depending on the number of days purchased.
Following our initial discussion with you regarding your requirements, we will send to you within, 5 working days, a contract agreement for you to sign and return to us within 10 working days.
By proceeding with a booking you are agreeing to the following arrangements:
Payment
- Payment for the contracted work or parts thereof must be paid in full within 21 days of an invoice from us. Invoices will be issued at the month end. If payment is not received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your contract.
- Collaboratives.co.uk reserve the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at a rate of 2% per calendar month or part thereof from the last date that payment was due to the date the payment is made.
- PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a mandate to make a booking and commission work as this will enter you and your organisation or associated partnership into a contract with us. This means that you will be invoiced for the associated costs. We will require from you full contact details in order to process payments.
Cancellation
All cancellations made by you must be made in writing or email (this is so both parties have a copy of the cancellation) and contain the full details including organisation name, and contact details. Your cancellation will be confirmed by us along with an invoice if any fees are due.
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel your booking:
- 21+ days before 0% of the fee
- 11-20 working days before 50% of the fee
- 6-10 working days before 75% of the fee
- 1-5 working days before 100% of the fee
